Step 1: After downloading both the above files, extract them to a convenient location on your computer. After extracting the firmware package (.zip file), you'll see these two files in it:
Step 2: Firstly you need to power off your Galaxy S2 Plus completely until it vibrates.
Step 3: Then you need to boot your device into downloading mode. For booting into download mode, keep pressing and holding the ‘Home button + Power button + Volume down key' simultaneously until you see a warning message. As you see the warning message leaves all the keys.
Step 4: Now keep your phone as it is and connect it to your computer using a micro USB cable. Now just press the Volume up button on your phone to continue. This will directly land your Galaxy S2 Plus into downloading mode. Refer to the screenshot below.
Step 5: From the downloaded folder on your computer, launch the downloaded ‘Odin Multi Downloader3-v3.12.7′ software which you've just received after extraction. Step 8: Then you need to initiate the firmware flashing process. For doing so, just hit the Start button present on the Odin window.
Note: While the process goes on, your Galaxy S2 Plus will boot itself automatically. Do not interrupt the firmware flashing process by disconnecting the micro USB cable from the PC.
Step 9: Be patient and wait until the flashing process completes successfully. When the flashing process completes, the ID: COM section on the Odin window will turn green with the message ‘Pass' on it. Also, your Galaxy S2 Plus will restart itself automatically.
